Bureau Vallée, a large self-service stationery and office supplies retailer, has chosen to move from a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy to an ESR (Corporate Social Action) strategy, which advocates movement through the action of its franchisee network.
With a network of more than 340 French-speaking shops worldwide, Bureau Vallée needed a tool that would enable it to manage the commitment of its shops, by giving priorities and a means for each franchisee to take action.
