We are convinced that local initiatives are key to bringing about change at a global level in the company.
We believe that example is a very strong lever to encourage action by all stakeholders.
We are sure that highlighting the concrete actions implemented will make the various stakeholders proud, thus giving them the desire to become more involved.
To make it easier for citizens to get involved in environmental issues, we launch Cleanwalk.org: a platform that federates and references more than 500 associations working on waste issues in France.
We are contacted by companies who wish to set up actions with us and we launch Lakaa! At the time, we organize impact actions for their employees, with our network of local associations all over France.
The lockdown puts a stop to the events we organize, but not to our motivation to help companies accelerate on CSR issues. We are thinking about turning this obstacle into an opportunity, and we are taking advantage of it to get the B-Corp label!
Lakaa has settled at Station F, within the HEC incubator. We're taking advantage of the summer to explore the CSR needs of multi-site companies, and we're starting to build our SaaS platform: a tool that should allow these companies to animate, monitor and promote all social and environmental actions carried out locally...
After 3 months of co-construction of the platform with the company Carmila, and many meetings with future users in the field, Lakaa is officially deployed in their 88 shopping centers!
We roll-out the Lakaa platform in many companies (Voyages SNCF, Leroy Merlin, We Act 4 Earth, ...), and the tool is improving at high speed thanks to all the customer feedback. We continue to be very present in the field, by going to meet regularly the managers of sites to understand their stakes.
To go further and encourage the sharing of good practices between companies on CSR, we create the CSR Meetings by Lakaa. Quarterly mornings of exchanges and workshops between peers to advance CSR issues within the company.
More and more companies decide to accelerate their CSR approach locally. Lakaa is deployed in different groups (Bureau Vallée, Optic 2000, Business France, Orpea, Caisse d'Epargne Hauts-de-France, ...) and the number of CSR actions carried out everywhere in France is soaring.
Two years after our arrival at Station F, Lakaa is taking off and moving to new premises. We are now at 127 avenue Ledru-Rollin (Paris 11), hosted by the Pixelis agency!
At the end of 2022, the number of CSR actions implemented and reported via Lakaa officially exceeded the 20,000 mark!
At the same time, the team grows and counts 12 people for the beginning of the year 2023.
More and more companies decide to accelerate the implementation of their CSR strategy locally, and thus decide to deploy Lakaa. The platform is deployed in new multi-site companies, in various sectors: JOA, BigMat, Intersport, ...
In early June, Lakaa was rolled-out for the first time within a Spanish company: Carmila Spain. The platform is now available in Spanish, and further deployments are planned over the coming months!

In April, the tool was deployed for the first time in a Portuguese company: Leroy Merlin Portugal. Thanks to the close involvement of the Portuguese head office teams, the deployment of the platform was a success, and the majority of stores and warehouses quickly became active.
