Data privacy
The Publisher attaches particular importance to the confidentiality of information collected on the Website and intends to offer its Users a high degree of confidentiality.
Lakaa is responsible for processing users' personal data.
In order to manage the User's profile, the Publisher compiles a nominative file containing information on all Users. The information collected on Users is as follows:
- First and last name ;
- Phone number ;
- Mail ;
This information is optional and is collected if the User fills in one of the contact forms (request for a demo, access to a webinar, access to a white paper, contact request). If the User does not fill in this form, no data is collected by Lakaa.
The User gives his express consent to the creation of this file. The Publisher undertakes to use its best efforts to protect the confidentiality of personal data collected in this way.
The purpose of collecting all this information is to improve the quality of the Services and to better adapt them to the User's expectations, as well as to enable the platform team to better communicate with its Users on its own behalf. In particular, the purpose of collecting this information is to enable better personalization of the Services and to authorize processing for statistical purposes.
Under no circumstances may this information be transferred or otherwise communicated to third parties other than the partners with whom Lakaa will work in organizing the events. This data may also be transferred to Lakaa's successor.
