Lakaa is concerned about your data and wishes to inform you, in a transparent manner, about the processing of your personal data.

In the context of personal data processing, Lakaa collects and processes the following categories of data in particular:
- User identification data (surname, first name)
- Contact data (business email address, business postal address) ;
- Geographical area (city, country) ;
- Application data (CV and cover letter).
- Data concerning your activity on Lakaa: when you use Lakaa, we may collect and process information such as the date of your registration, the date of your last connection, your interactions with the pages of our application, in order to understand and improve the user experience on the Lakaa application.
- Content-related data: the profile photo you choose to upload to your profile will be visible to all users. Please be careful about what you share with others, and remember that all users can record the content you share, and there is nothing we can do to prevent this.Where it is compulsory for you to provide us with personal data in order to access or benefit from the services you have subscribed to, we will indicate this on the form provided.
3. Where does the personal data we collect come from?
In principle, we collect all personal data processed directly from you when you contact us via the Lakaa application or our website.
The following subcontractors of Lakaa collect data on the Lakaa application:
- Intercom: support software for text messages in the Lakaa application Data is hosted in EuropeStandard contractual clauses guarantee the transfer of non-EU data;
- Mixpanel: software for analyzing the use of the Lakaa application Data is hosted in Europe Standard contractual clauses guarantee the transfer of non-EU data;
We strive to ensure that the personal data we hold is accurate at all times. We therefore encourage you to update your data should any changes occur. We may also ask you to update your data from time to time.
4. What are the purposes of our processing operations?

- Management and follow-up of customer and prospect inquiries and responses;
- Managing the Lakaa application

- authorized Lakaa staff members;

We ensure that only authorized persons have access to this data. Lakaa applies a strict security policy which ensures that the data it processes is transmitted only to those persons authorized to have access to it.
Lakaa Users' Personal Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. In the event of transfers to countries outside the European Union, they are carried out under the guarantee of standard contractual clauses as published by the European Commission.
6. How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep our customers' personal data only for as long as is strictly necessary to manage our commercial relationship and our prospects.
