Leroy Merlin, a company specialising in home improvement (DIY, fitting out, construction, etc.) has defined a "Positive Impact" strategy for 2022 , with a desire to commit to the territory with concrete environmental and social actions.

Seeking to involve all teams, the shops, warehouses and internal departments are stakeholders in this strategy. Each site has considerable autonomy over the actions it can implement locally, even if objectives are set at national level. In this context, it was crucial for the company to have a tool to support and facilitate the deployment of CSR commitments locally.
