Why Should Companies Adopt It?

Employment gaps remain significant: the direct employment rate has plateaued at 5.1% among participating companies, compared to a target of 6%. SEEPH provides a national framework and visibility for concrete actions: hosting a DuoDay, raising awareness among staff, and collaborating with the adapted employment sector.

For a network, this is an opportunity to get every location involved during the same week and to measure participation.

The theme of the 2026 edition, “Demystify, Simplify, Support: Employment for Everyone,” aligns with the key priorities of a network: raising awareness about disabilities—including invisible ones—promoting reasonable accommodations, and partnering with local organizations such as Cap Emploi.
