INTERSPORT: accelerating a CSR strategy in an independent network

Bringing CSR to life in a network of independent stores
At the end of 2020, Intersport launched the "Engagés Sport" movement to structure and make its CSR strategy visible.
The aim: to bring together and promote actions taken at national and local level to advance sport while reducing thecompany's social and environmental impact.
Since April 2023, the Lakaa CSR platform has been connecting the entire network,accelerating employee involvement, professionalizing the approach and reinforcing meaning at work.
An independent network mobilized around a single approach
With hundreds of independent stores spread across the country, the challenge was to create consistency and encourage the sharing of best practices.
Thanks to Lakaa, Intersport has succeeded in creating a network of CSR ambassadors capable of disseminating and promoting local initiatives while respecting the autonomy of each store.
